TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Department of Social Services worker, conducting a welfare check on Sweetwood Drive, found two small bags of marijuana on the client's porch Tuesday morning.
The case worker called Niagara County Sheriff's deputies around 10:30 a.m. They retrieved the suspected marijuana and sent it to be tested and destroyed.
The client was not home at the time and no charges were filed as of the publishing of this story.
