Matthew J. Cornelius, 24, 115 South St., lower apt., was charged around 11:35 p.m. Thursday with trespassing. According to the LPD arrest report, Cornelius was found on the fire escape at the back of a Locust Street building. He is slated for City Court on Tuesday.
