Power issues continue this morning on East Main Street and East Avenue.
NYSEG had expected the low voltage problem to be fixed by 8:30 this morning, but now estimates that the issue will not be resolved until around 9 p.m.
The problem affects customers on the south side of East Main Street from Locust Street to Elm Street, as well as on East Avenue from Elm Street to Washburn Street.
The Palace Theatre, 2 East Ave., and Scripts Cafe, 12 East Avenue, closed their businesses for the day, including the Palace's theater school.
