A Porter Street man, arrested June 17 with reckless endangerment, DWI, and drug charges following a "shots fired" call in Lowertown, was charged this morning with several more drug charges which resulted from a search warrant being executed on his home.
Bradley A. Lilley, 24, 47 Porter St., Upper Apt., was charged this morning with fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, three counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, and fourth-degree possession of marijuana.
When police searched his residence, they found "a large assortment of prescription drugs, suspected ecstacy tablets, green leafy vegetable matter, paraphernalia, $1,465 in U.S. currency, and a shotgun and ammunition," all of which was seized, according to the arrest report.
The suspected drug related items were sent to the Niagara County Forensic Laboratory and the cash was held pending asset forfeiture. Further charges are pending.
