Carl G. Stiles, 32, 1573 Van Buren St., Apt. 2, was charged this morning with petit larceny and third-degree assault. According to the LPD arrest report, Stile attacked a woman on April 5. He was brought to LPD this morning by a Niagara County Sheriff's Office investigator. He was to be in court this morning, as well.
Andrew Johnson, 58, 3800 Lockport Road, Apt. 1A, was charged around 7:50 p.m. Tuesday with aggravated unlicensed operation, following a motor vehicle too closely, and improper lane use. He was to be in court this morning.
Cassandra C. Walsh, 25, 4883 Townline Road, Apt. 4, was charged this morning with second-degree forgery, petit larceny, and possession of a forged instrument. According to the police report, Walsh took a box of checks from a Tudor Lane mailbox sometime in mid to late April and wrote a check for $160 earlier this month. Walsh was due to be in court this morning.
Stanley B. Brown, 25, was charged around 10 a.m. with petit larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Tuesday morning, Brown forced his way into a Walnut Street residence where he used to live, and took a set of car keys valued at $75.
