Stanley D. Wilson, 54, 92 Spalding St., Right Apt., was charged around 1:09 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance. According to the LPD arrest report, Wilson was caught shoplifting a cell phone charger and a Tootsie Pop at 7-Eleven, 95 South Transit St., by store employees. He fled and was later located at his residence, where he was found with a small baggie of cocaine.

Jon. A. Naumowicz, 38, 176 Meadowbrook Dr., Cheektowaga, was charged around 10 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the report filed by LPD, Naumowicz violated an order of protection on Tuesday. He turned himself in to LPD Wednesday morning.

An O'Connor Drive woman told Lockport Police on Tuesday that when she went to pick up her car from a city collision shop earlier that day, she found that one of her windows was broken out. The woman said her car had been at Pete's Custom and Collision, 49 Washburn St., since June 23. Employees at the collision shop said they "came in to work one day and found it like that." The case was forwarded to the detectives bureau.

A Clinton Street man told LPD on Tuesday that overnight someone had entered his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in his driveway and stole his Garmin GPS, valued at $250. The man told police he believes he knows who stole it and gave LPD that person's name. The case was transferred to the detectives division.

Luz M. Nunez, 48, 231 Chapel St., Upper Apt., was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and growing cannabis on Wednesday. According to the Lockport Police Department arrest report, members of the Niagara County Drug Task Force executed a warrant around 7:50 a.m. Wednesday when they found a quantity of cocaine, three live marijuana plants and $460 cash. Nunez was set to appear in court later that day to answer to the charges.

Daniel A. McFadden, 19, 197 Union St., was charged Wednesday morning with second-degree harassment for an incident that occurred June 15 at Family Video, 76 East Ave. Wednesday morning he was seen by LPD standing outside City Court, where he was arrested without incident.
