An 18-year-old Lockport man was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal trespassing for an incident at Starpoint High School.
According to New York State Police, Charles A. Mussen was charged after an alarm activation was received at Starpoint High School in Pendleton. Starpoint school officials were able to review security footage of the alarm activation and identified Mussen as one of the two males in the footage.
Mussen was arrested and processed at the Lockport Troopers barracks and released on an appearance ticket. He is to return to Pendleton Town Court on Aug. 27.
