TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 42-year-old Depew woman was arrested and charged with stealing from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facilities Inmate account system, according to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour.
Tammy A. Elliott made three unauthorized withdrawals from the system, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Division.
She was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree identity theft. She is due to return to Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
