ROCHESTER - A teenager from Greece who was the subject of an AMBER Alert issued early this afternoon has been charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, according to the Greece Police Department.
The girl, 16-year-old Cassidy Geffert was reported abducted late this morning.
Police are now saying she was not the victim of an abduction.
