A 24-year-old Lowertown man was charged early this morning with reckless endangerment, DWI, and drug charges following a report of shots fired on North Adam Street.
Bradley A. Lilley, 24, 47 Porter St., was found by Lockport Police and Niagara County Sheriff's deputies at the Sunoco on the corner of Old Niagara Road and Lake Avenue around 12:45 a.m. and taken into custody without incident, according to LPD.
A long gun could be seen in the back seat of his vehicle. It was secured and taken as evidence, as were two Hydrocodone tablets and a small amount of marijuana. His vehicle was towed and he was taken to LPD for further questioning, according to police.
There is no indication from the police report that anyone was injured in the incident.
Lilley's charges include first-degree reckless endangerment, DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled for arraignment in City Court on Wednesday.
