LPD puts the suspect into a squad car.

Niagara County Sheriff's deputies and Lockport Police have one man in custody early this morning following an initial call of "shots fired" on North Adam Street around 12:30 a.m.

After an approximately 15-minute search for a vehicle in the city, several cars were seen surrounding a man at the Sunoco station on the corner of Lake Avenue and Old Niagara Road. The man was taken into custody by patrol.

Further details will be published when they become available from police agencies.
