Rosie Lee Agee
A 22-year-old Niagara Falls woman was charged Tuesday evening with endangering the welfare of a child, introducing contraband into the Niagara County Jail and unlawful possession of marijuana.

According to a report by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Rosie Lee Agee, 2659 Spring St., Niagara Falls, was found to have a small bag of marijuana concealed in her mouth while attempting to visit the jail with a juvenile.

Agee was placed into custody and transported to the Town of Lockport Court for arraignment on the charges and then transported back to the Niagara County Jail where she was held in lieu of $500 cash bail. She is set to return to the Town of Lockport Court on April 3

Patrol contacted Child Protective Services and filed a report regarding the incident. Patrol secured the marijuana into evidence at the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
