Last summer's severe rain storms resulted in millions of dollars in personal, commercial and government properties, and $3 million in state funding for storm recovery projects.

A meeting tonight at the Fine Arts Theater of Niagara County Community College will discuss how to spend that money, and work towards a county-wide strategy on how to deal with future storms.

The 7 p.m. meeting will be hosted by the NY Rising Niagara County Planning Committee, the state Department of State and the Niagara County Center for Economic Development.
