Mansour Mazraany |
According to a report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, a new inmate, Mansour Mazraany of Tonawanda, was being processed when the officer observed a clear plastic baggy in Mazraany's mouth. The baggy contained a white powdery substance that tested positive for crack cocaine.
Patrol transported Mazraany to the Town of Lockport Court for arraignment in front of Justice Cheryl Antkowiak, who set bail at $1,000 and ordered Mazraany to return to court on Thursday.
The report said patrol will turn the white powdery substance into the Niagara County Lab for a proper weight of the substance. Further charges on Mazraany are pending once lab results are obtained.
