Several members of the Lockport Police Department are on scene at 290 Niagara St. in the City of Lockport, investigating what sources say is a potential homicide.

An LPD cruiser sits in front of 290 Niagara St. The cruiser was one of more than half a dozen police vehicles at the residence Friday night.

Since 8:40 p.m. at least two squad cars, three unmarked patrol cars and two unmarked SUVs have been at the house across the street from the LCTV studios. Around 9:30 p.m. the county coroner arrived at the scene, backing his car into the driveway of the house.
