A Lockport man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that he had found a handgun. The Simms Road resident told NCSO that he had located his Raven Arms P-25 pistol a year after having reported it missing to law enforcement. It was in the back of his safe.

Patrol secured the pistol and turned it into NCSO property for a safety hold until the complainant can contact the Niagara County Pistol Permit Office.
