Lions listen to the Goodlanders speak at Wednesday's meeting.

BARKER -- At the Wednesday meeting of the Barker Lions, Erin and Greg Goodlander from Barker Brewing spoke about their business and how it started. They also brought three of their beers for the members to taste.

“As members of the Barker Community, we enjoy learning about the locally owned family businesses,” President Fran Costello said. “Some of our members had visited Barker Brewing, but not all. We appreciate learning the story behind this new establishment.”
