Angel Colon
TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 41-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged Wednesday by New York State Police with second-degree felony forgery and fourth-degree felony grand larceny.

According to NYSP, Angel M. Colon, 41, made two withdrawals from his daughter's credit card, totaling $197. The card was new and the woman had not yet received it, according to police. Through video surveillance, Colon's identity was discovered.

Colon was located in Orchard Park and transported to the Town of Lockport Court where he was arraigned and subsequently remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He was due to return to court today.
