TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A Royalton man old Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that a series of fraudulent purchases were made on his credit card between April, 2014 and February, 2015.
The man said his Macy's American Express card was used without authorization and various locations "including but not limited to Walmart and Tops" on South Transit Road.
The man suggested to patrol that his ex-girlfriend may have rung up the charges.
