Lucy E. Walker passed away January 13, 2016 in Odd Fellow & Rebekah Health Care Facility.

Born in Lockport on January 19, 1926 she was the daughter of Herman J. and Ruth W. (Stagner) Eldredge. Lucy was a Lockport Senior High School graduate Class of 1943 and worked for the Niagara County Department of Social Services for 22 years retiring in 1991 as a supervisor.

She is survived by her children Charlene (Kenneth) Tagg of North Stonington, CT, Timothy Snyder of Lockport, Ellen Snyder of Virginia Beach, VA and Rebecca (James) Fitzgibbon of Clearbrook, VA; grandmother of four and great grandmother of three; sister of Mary (late Paul) Urtel of Lockport, Betty (Kenneth) Connor of Lockport, Bruce Eldredge of Appleton and late Dora Eldredge; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Memorial donations to the MS Society, 4245 Union Rd # 108, Buffalo, NY 14225 would be appreciated.
