TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 31-year-old Lockport man was charged Tuesday with four courts each of felony first-degree criminal contempt and felony aggravated family offense.
State Troopers say that Andres R. Moore disobeyed a court order to protect the victim. The order of protection required him to stay away and to refrain from communication.
Moore was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
