A 20-year-old Monroe Street woman was charged early Friday morning following a traffic stop on Main Street.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Kathleen Siracuse was seen crossing the double yellow line while making a right hand turn onto Main Street from Market Street.
Patrol located suspected marijuana in the center console of the vehicle along with an open, cold-to-the-touch "Four Loco" tall can.
She was taken into custody without incident and had a Blood/Urine Test performed at ENH-Lockport ER. Evidence was forwarded to the NCSO Forensic Lab for further analysis. She was then remanded to the NCSO Jail on $100 Bail and was due in City of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
