TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 29-year-old Lockport man was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers arrested Patrick M Bishop after he punched a victim in the mouth on Dysinger Road. The victim was taken to Newfane Hospital by EMS for medical attention.
Bishop was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Nov. 19.
