Thomas H. Riley of Lockport, NY, passed away on Tuesday October 6, 2015.

Tom was born in Marietta, Ohio, on April 19, 1949, to the late Thomas and Ruth Sprague Riley. He graduated from Hoover High School in N. Canton, Ohio, and Kent State University. Tom enjoyed gardening, reading and music and was a proud member of Team Latex Fishing.  He loved his wife, his pets, his family and his friends.

Tom is survived by his wife, Annette; his mother, Ruth; his sister, Janet Howes; a niece, four nephews, many dear friends and his extended “family” at LCTV.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Memorials in Tom’s memory to the pet rescue organization of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
