BURT — A 13-year-old male was arrested Thursday for fourth-degree grand larceny and unlawful possession of a weapon after he went on private property and stole a rifle and approximately 1,000 rounds of assorted ammunition from a secure location, according to New York State Police.
The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Niagara County Probation at a later date.
