Lockport police have released the name of the man who died after being struck by a car on Main Street Monday night.
Sixty-one-year-old Samuel Capece was pronounced dead at the scene following the 8:19 p.m. crash.
Police still say that no charges are pending against thefemale driver who struck Capece, but say the investigation is still ongoing.
