The Roc City Royals defeated the Lockport Express Friday night at Cornerstone Arena in Lockport. It was the third time this season they've done so.

Aidan Conolly started the scoring for Roc City at 8:56 of the first period, assisted by Anthony DePetres and Sam Cammilleri. Mark Friol tied it for the Express at 15:22, assisted by Gibson Stuart and Jordan Pocobello. Roc City went into the intermission with the lead after Brandon Corey scored at 17:50, assisted by DePetres and Joseph Gardner.
In the second, Roc City expanded their lead to 3-1 with a goal by Cameron Clark at the 14:57 mark. DePetres and Aidan Conolly assisted on the goal at 14:57. Lockport scored a pair just 20 seconds apart starting at 15:39 when Ryan Logar netted one assisted by Frank Vecchio Jr. and Christopher Gasiewicz. The second goal was by Friol, assisted by Gasiewicz and Ryan Logar.

In the overtime, it was Jesse Orenius with the dagger from DePetres and Jared Tam-Grimshaw just 41 seconds in.
Lockport's record now stands at 7-4-2 for 16 points on the season. They play Roc City again tonight at Cornerstone CFCU Arena. Game time is 7 p.m. It will be broadcast on East Niagara Radio.
