Deb Roberts from All Yoga Medina will hold Yoga class at The Winery at Marjim Manor 7171 E. Lake Road, Appleton, every Wednesday at 4 p.m. beginning Sept. 30.
Yoga is designed to empower people of all ages and bodies to value themselves by aligning, body, mind, and spirit. All Yoga Medina's goal of making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of level of experience. Drop-in classes cost $10/person with discounts for the four-class and 10-class packages.
