ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
NEWFANE — A Transit Road woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that sometime between Sept. 1 and Saturday someone removed personal papers from her vehicle.
The woman said she's not sure precisely when or where the larceny occurred.
NCSO noted that there were no signs of forced entry, but the woman said she always locks her vehicle. No other items in the car were disturbed or taken.
Patrol provided the complainant with an Identity Theft Checklist and additional resources should her identity become compromised.
