NEWFANE -- A 46-year-old Newfane man was charged Thursday with DWI and speeding following a traffic stop on Thursday.
According to New York State Police, Christopher J. Luce was stopped on Lockport Olcott Road. During the subsequent interview, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. Luce was transported to SP Lockport for processing which revealed in a breath test the BAC of 0.14 percent.
Luce was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to Newfane Court on Oct. 6.
