Shawn M. Clines, 49, 235 Washburn St., was charged around 10 p.m. Monday with public lewdness. According to the LPD arrest report, Clines was seen urinating on the window of a Washburn Street home. The report said, “there were several adults and children around who could observe his actions.” After Clines finished urinating, he alleged charged at a city man and threatened to “hit him in the head with his can of beer.”
