TOWN OF LOCKPORT — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has identified the operator of the motorcycle involved in an injury accident on Tonawanda Creek Road Monday morning.
Richard Howes, 42, is listed in serious condition at ECMC, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation and no charges are pending regarding the one vehicle accident at this time.
