Cheryl A. Bierzynski, 31, 13 William St., Apt. 7, was charged around 9:45 p.m. Friday with second-degree criminal impersonation. According to the LPD report, Bierzynski gave a false name to police when they responded to an incident. She is slated for City Court on Monday.
Lamar R. Proctor, 28, of no permanent address, was charged around 2:10 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, Proctor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped in a traffic stop. He became irate and began shouting obscenities at police. He is due in City Court Monday morning.
Andrew W. Johnson, 28, 125 Jackson St., side apartment, was charged around 1:10 a.m. Friday with criminal trespassing. According to the LPD report, Johnson was found in the back yard of a Scovell Street home and was attempting to make entry into the home. He is due in City Court on Monday.
Phillip A. Williams, 31, 305 N. Transit St., Apt. B, was charged around 8:25 a.m. Thursday with fourth-degree grand larceny. According to the arrest report, William stole cash and credit cards from a woman’s purse at Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport. He is due in City Court on Monday.
Shawn K. Pittler, 27, 39 Phelps St., was charged around 10:50 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespassing. According to the LPD arrest report, Pittler attempted to enter a city woman’s home without permission then threatened the woman with physical harm. He is due in City Court Monday morning.
