Sam, Hannah F. of Lockport, NY passed away on Sunday June 7, 2015 in Hospice Buffalo.

Born on February 27, 1938 in Dunkirk, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Norma Anderson Timmerman. She graduated from Dunkirk High School, was Brant, NY Strawberry Festival Queen 1956 and was an outstanding wife, mother, grandmother and clergy wife. Hannah and her husband of 58 years, Rev. Albert (Abuid) S. Sam, married on June 9, 1957.

(Kelly); grand and great grandmother of Brian Prior, Shannon & David Bixby, Devin, Elijah, Madison, Jessica Sam, Kaysie Sam, Xander, Zane, Danelle Leone, Shane, Kaydence, Lindsay & James Hall, James, Jr., Skylar, Albert, Margret, Vincent Ziolkowski, Nicholas & Nancy Sam, Hannah, Nathan, Matthew & Shannon Sam, Trevor, Cash, Brody, Gary & Kaeli Sam, Shaelin, Piper, Kala & Anthony Sinicki, Helena, Castle, Liam, Mary & Millisa Sam, Brielle, William & Yasmine Sam, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Noah and Zachary; aunt of Dianne (Daniel) Timmerman Gaud, Delilah, Debbie, Donna, David, Denise and William Schultz. Predeceased by siblings, Charles (Ruth), John (Doreen) and Velma (Walter) Timmerman Schultz.

Friends may call on Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00 – 8:00 PM at Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Dr., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment in Willowbrook Park Cemetery, Dunkirk, NY. Memorials may be made to the church or Buffalo Hospice.
