Lockport Police Department officials say charges are pending in an incident on Market Street early Sunday morning.
A male fell off the trunk of a car on Market Street hill around midnight Sunday. He was riding on the trunk of a co-worker's car up the hill at approximately 30 mph when he fell off, according to a witness at the scene.
The male, who remains unidentified, was rushed to Erie County Medical Center — where he remains — with a head injury.
Police say that charges are pending "at least against the driver" of the vehicle. Further details were not available.
