Firefighters threw this chair out the window of the home.

A fire on Park Lane Circle claimed the life of an unidentified woman this afternoon.

Lockport police and firefighters are still on scene at the Park Lane Circle home, location of the second structure fire of the day.

LFD also extinguished a blaze on Cottage Street this morning.

Police are not yet releasing the name or age of the woman who died in the blaze, but said she was the only one in the home at the time of the fire.
