TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A bike rodeo that had been slated for today has been rescheduled due to today's inclement weather.
The event, free for kids ages 3 - 12, is now slated for 6 - 8 p.m. June 15 at Day Road Park. It will include six riding and maneuvering stations, a child passenger seat check by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, free sno-cones for registered kids, awards, prizes and a chance to win a bicycle.
Registration will be held from 6 - 7:15 p.m. Awards and prizes will be given at 8 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the Barge Canal Optimist Club and Town of Lockport Recreation Committee.
