A handful of slots are still available for rent in the John Henry Garden Park in the city's north end.
As of earlier this afternoon, four slots remained of the 32 allotments in the community garden. The remaining spaces are each $15 to run for the summer growing season.
The plots are plowed, roped off, and ready for seeds or seedlings. The space is available for use until October, however, the city's water to the gardens is turned off in mid-September.
The spaces may be rented with cash or check, payable to the City of Lockport, at the mayor's office.
