APPLETON — The Winery at Marjim Manor will host a "Simply Healthy and Wine Pairing Workshop" at 2 p.m. May 31.
Attendees will have a choice of creating 10 Crockpot meals or 10 grill-ready meals, which they will take home at the conclusion of the afternoon. Maryjo Courtin from Wildtree will have recipes and labels ready for guests as they pair them with suggested wines. However, guests will also be encouraged to expirament, mixing and matching any of the Marjim Manor wines to make the flavor pop.
Guests will also receive a full set of Wildtree products so the meals could be recreated later.
The cost of the class is $70 per person. Advance registration is required. Attendees will be given a list of ingredients to bring and are urged to use freezer bags and bring a cooler with ice.
