Christopher J. Baldwin, 20, 40 Minick Road., was charged around 8 p.m. Saturday with fifth-degree possession of stolen property. According to the LPD report, Baldwin was in possession of a bicycle that had been reported stolen on Friday. Baldwin told LPD that he found the bike “a few days ago on Works Place lying on the ground,” and that he “did not want anyone to steal the bike so he took it not knowing who it belonged to.” He is due in City Court on Monday.

Steven Allen O’Connor, 20, 5625 Jeffrey Dr., was charged around 1:38 a.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and having more than one valid driver's license. According to the police report, LPD was interviewing O’Connor in an unrelated manner and found him to be in possession of marijuana and a duplicate drivers license. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.
