The body that was discovered in a field behind WideWaters Drive-In Restaurant Thursday has been identified as Brian McMaster, a 25-year-old Lockport resident, according to Lockport police.

Police say that there was no sign of foul play and that his death is attributed to natural causes according to the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office.

McMaster's family had reported him missing on Wednesday but he had not been heard of or seen for several weeks, prior to that, police say.

McMaster was originally from Barker.
