Doris E. Danley passed away May 27, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport.

Born in Lockport on March 6, 1921 she was the daughter of Herbert and Addie (Wood) Walker. Doris worked for Taylor Lumber where she was the secretary. She was a member of the Niagara Orleans Golf Association and the First Presbyterian Church of which Doris was the longest member. She enjoyed golfing and bowling. Doris was predeceased by her husband Myron Danley on February 27, 1991.

Doris is survived by her children Myrna (Richard) Addenbrooke of Newfane, Wayne (Kathleen) Danley of Cazenovia, NY, and Brian (Diane) Danley of Framingham, MA; grandmother of nine, great grandmother of two, and great-great grandmother of two; sister of the late Alma Drew and Janet Gray.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, May 31st from 1-2 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will be held at 2 PM. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
