Daron J. McCutcheon, 28, 162 Monroe St., was charged around 10:12 p.m. Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, McCutheon was stopped by patrol and found to have marijuana. Also charged was Melissa A. Morello, 97 Ransom St. They are due in City Court on Wednesday.

Donatahan L. Alston, 43, 199 Saxton St., was charged around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday with trespassing. According to the arrest report, Alston was in Urban Park Towers, 77 Main St., on Monday despite being banned from the building. He was due in City Court on Tuesday.

Michael M. Stewart, 31, 6 Gothic Lane, Lower Apt., was charged around 9:28 p.m. Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault. According to the LPD arrest report, Stewart struck a woman with a Gatorade bottle and struck her in the face four times. He was due in City Court on Monday.
