ROYALTON — A 41-year-old Lockport man was charged today with DWI, speeding and a license restriction violation, according to New York State Police.
Matthew C. Hartsock was stopped on Royalton Center Road for speeding. During the interviewing process, Troopers detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from Hartsock. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered to him, which he failed.
Hartsock was arrested and transported to SP Lockport for processing where he recorded a BAC of 0.15%. He was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Royalton Court on April 21.
