Joseph D. Crosby, 28, 5959 Bowmiller Road, was charged around 2:40 a.m. Monday with third-degree menacing. According to the LPD arrest report, Crosby got into a physical altercation with a Vine Street man. He was arraigned in City Court Monday morning.
Six juveniles were charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief around 5 p.m. Saturday after being found inside the former Sherwood Selpac, 120 Church St. The juveniles, whose names were not released, reportedly broke windows at the former plant. They were all turned over to their parents and issued appearance tickets. Damage to the building is reported in excess of $5,000.
Robert T. Burke, 34, 16 Juniper St., Lower Apt., was charged around 2:30 a.m. Sunday with DWI, improper lane use, and refusal to take a sobriety test. According to the LPD arrest report, Burke was stopped by police for driving off the road and onto the grass on Juniper Street. He was determined by patrol to be intoxicated. He was due in City Court Monday morning.
Carl R. Moll, 36, 67 Chapel St., was charged around 12:25 a.m. Sunday with DWI, improper lane use, and an equipment violation. According to the arrest report, Moll was stopped on Niagara Street for a traffic infraction and determined to be intoxicated. He was due in City Court Monday morning.
Justin D. Burczynski, 29, 13 Tudor Lane, Apt. 8, was charged around 8:40 p.m. Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, invalid inspection, and failure to signal. According the arrest report, he was stopped for having a suspended registration and found to also not have a valid license or inspection. He was to be in City Court on Monday.
Brian J. May, 27, 10 Nichols St., was charged around 2:40 a.m. Saturday with DWI and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, May was stopped by police for driving without taillights. While being interviewed by patrol, he was determined to be intoxicated. May was slated for City Court on Monday.
