Observant drivers in the area of the train bridge crossing Market Street near Cornerstone Arena may notice that the train tracks appear to be smoking.
No worries; it's not burning down. Representatives from Falls Road Railroad say they're replacing a joint on the tracks, which requires heat — causing the smoke. They said it's routine maintenance although it doesn't need to be done very frequently.
