ENP STAFF REPORTS

CAMBRIA — A 46-year-old city woman was charged with driving while intoxicated around 5:11 p.m. Friday after police say she was involved in a property damage accident.
According to a report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Tina M. Sattler, 46, 267 Trowbridge St., was seen by patrol exiting her vehicle with her keys in her hand, attempting to get into the passenger seat of another vehicle. She told patrol she hadn't been driving, however a passenger in her car, as well as the driver of the other vehicle in the accident both said she was.
The passenger in Sattler's vehicle told patrol that they had met at a Lockport bar and that they "went outside to smoke a cigarette and she drove off with him inside the vehicle."
Sattler was determined to be intoxicated and charged with DWI. She also received a ticket for following too closely. She was held at the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is due in Town of Cambria Court on Tuesday.
