Lashawnda L. McNeil, 24, 88 Pine St., Apt. C, was charged around 2:20 p.m. Tuesday with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to yield and not having a valid inspection sticker. According to the LPD report, McNeil was seen committing a traffic offense on Main Street. When she was stopped, she was found to have a suspended license. She was to be in City Court Tuesday afternoon.

A Waterman Street resident told Lockport police that sometime overnight Monday, an unknown person damaged his wooden fence. The damage was estimated at $100.
