Justin M. Kane, 25, 784 Walnut St., was charged around 1:38 p.m. with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Kane had gotten into a verbal argument with a city woman on March 4, which turned physical. Kane fled the location of the incident but turned himself it at LPD today.
Tyler J. Hinman, 21, 6358 Badger Dr., was charged with an equipment violation and unlawful possession of marijuana around 1:20 a.m. According to the LPD report, Hinman was stopped by police for the equipment violation and found to be in possession of marijuana. He is due in City Court on March 24.
Ronald J. Behm, 23, 120 N. Transit St., Upper Apt., was charged around 11:40 p.m. Monday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. According to the LPD report, Behm was pulled over on Hawley Street when police ran a routine check on his vehicle and found him to be driving without a valid license. He is due in City Court on Monday.
