TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 21-year-old Lockport man was charged Saturday morning with DWI in the parking lot of a Lincoln Avenue bar.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office report, Kishon K. Boone, 21, was stopped for speeding and pulled into the bar parking lot, where he was determined by patrol to be intoxicated around 1:27 a.m.
He was taken to Niagara County Jail where he was found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content around 2:09 a.m. He was held on $250 bail and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on April 2 to face charges of speeding and aggravated DWI.
